Founded in 1963, EUROCAE stands as the European leader in developing globally recognised industry standards for aviation.

EUROCAE currently has over 450 members, including industry, service providers, regulators, research institutes and international organizations. EUROCAE has become the European leader in the development of worldwide recognized industry standards for aviation. EUROCAE membership is open to organisations and industries worldwide.

 

We take an active role in coordinating European and global standardisation activities and develop high-quality standards that:
  •     Build upon the state of the art expertise of its members.
  •     Are fit for purpose to be adopted internationally.
  •     Support the operational, development and regulatory processes.
  •     Address emerging global aviation challenges.

EUROCAE is an international non-profit organisation that brings together experts from across the aviation industry to develop and promote consensus-based high-quality standards for civil aviation systems and equipment. These standards support international harmonisation and global interoperability and significantly contribute to the safety, efficiency and environmental sustainability of the global aviation system. EUROCAE currently has more than 450 members from all over the world, close to 50 active Working Groups, and more than 5.000 experts.
